We cannot thank Tom, Piper and Amanda enough for their care, compassion and guidance this past weekend when we made the difficult decision to put Willow, our 17 year old dog, down. We felt supported every step of the way from our initial discussion on Saturday to the end of life care on Sunday. Willow was treated with dignity, care and respect and it made this hard time a little easier for our family. Thank you and thank you to the whole team at Heidelberg Veterinary Clinic for their care of Willow over the years.
Thank Lawrence great vet 🐈⬛
Took our dog to get spaded and they did while she was on heat and now she’s just passed away!! Never ever go to this disgusting place they only care about money, now our family is broken. We made sure and told them she’s just nearly finished on heat and they said yes it’s okay to do it. Our baby is gone now and she’s only 5. Disgraceful!!!
