You know what the problem is and that is your front desk staff need to be retrained or they need to find new careers where they actually want to do the job. I attended this clinic to get treatment for mastitis. The doctor gave me antibiotics which didn’t work at all. After progressively getting worse, I saw my regular GP who said the antibiotics prescribed are not at all for mastitis. I would hope doctors at urgent care facilities know what antibiotics to prescribe, especially when babies are involved from breastfeeding. Not impressed. I wouldn’t go back here or trust this place.
Edit: Love how many reviews this place has got about their horrific staff and they have taken no action. Don't bother with this place go to the ED or even do the online ED. Embarrassment to the Australian medical system. The woman at the front desk is absolutely rude. She needs to be retrained. I was refused service essentially when in need of healthcare. Been there twice in two weeks once for myself and once for my child. Service was great both times with totally different staff. Witnessed an altercation which someone who gave a 1 star review stating rude staff which couldn’t be further from the truth. Credit to staff for calm reaction to person not understanding the limitations of time and resources.
