When I called they said that they do nose cauterisations, but when I went there in person they said they do not do nose cauterisations.
Attended here at 430pm on a Saturday because my 3 year old had fallen and cut the back of his head. (This was after spending 30 minutes trying to call them) It had stopped bleeding and he was behaving normally but the cut was about .5cm deep at most so we wanted to get it checked out. Reception and nurse were friendly but I experienced so much pain for so long that wasn’t managed appropriately- I was crying in extreme pain for hours due to traumatic injury and given inadequate analgesia. I wish I had gone to emergency instead where they could’ve given me local anaesthetic. I’m honestly now traumatised from my experience and don’t think it needed to be that way. I wouldn’t come here if you’re in pain beyond what over the counter medication can manage.
