My daughter was unwell, and we arrived at the clinic at approximately 10:10 p.m., well before the advertised closing time of 11:00 p.m. Upon speaking with the receptionist, we were informed that the clinic had reached capacity and that no further patients would be seen. Despite our arrival within business hours, we were denied care and asked to leave.
