Mark was so helpful over the phone regarding a bit of a tricky request! Customer service was impressive.
As others have posted this joint is a complete shambles. Dropped off a mower for repair was told a couple of days, 3 weeks later came in to collect after being told it was ready to find ‘ahh nah, will be another day or two’. Just took the mower back. Avoid like the plague.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Our lawn mover has been there for a month and the staff keep coming up with pathetic excuses as to why they haven't repaired it. At one stage they couldn't even find the said mower. So I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!
They don't like serving women. I won't go back there again.
