New owner is very bad at customer service, wasted my time !
Drove twenty minutes to get to the store. It was 5 minutes before closing. There was an A4 sheet taped to front door, saying closing at 3pm today. I needed a small part that they would have readily available and easily accessible. I was rudely greeted at the front door by a staff member saying "We are closed" I WON'T BE BACK, EVER AGAIN
Bit of a shit show there at the moment. Parts lost, not sticking to time lines and the phone just rings out. Its a great store and the guys do mean well, i hope they clean up their organisation and get some efficiency going to really make this store awesome again.
