I took my new chainsaw in for its 1st service. It was running perfectly, it was just a warranty thing. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get served. Very slack! When I went to get my chainsaw back, a week later. It was another 40 mins wait. I got the chainsaw home and it wouldn't run properly. So, back to the shop, another 30 mins to get served. This place used to be the best mower shop in Melbourne. Don’t do it to yourself, it’s gone downhill so much. This place is a disgrace now.
Place is fantastic was there today to purchase ms661!! One customer was a disgrace today in regards to his rubbish husky chainsaw Luckily management dealt with him with a box of tissues.
