Must have new management that needs a lesson in how to garner local customer support and return business. Called in today to buy a couple of things including asking for a one used screw to replace a missing one in a Stihl chainsaw. They found an old one in the workshop then wanted $2 for a used screw which I paid. I then left with the rest of the money I was going to spend on odds and ends in my pocket! $2 earned - many $$$ lost, I’ll go elsewhere.

Have not had a good experience with this business, would not return calls, and displayed an unusual off hand attitude, i hope they can get them selves sorted in the future, because the way they are going, they will loose alot of potential customers .

I wish give them -1 start Avoid Heidelberg Mower if you expect honest service and basic customer care. My mower was left there for over 6 weeks with absolutely no updates. Every time I called, I was told they were “working on it,” but after 8 phone calls chasing them for answers, they finally admitted my mower had been sitting in the dump/storage area the whole time, completely untouched. Kept my mower for over a month. Called them four times and was told someone would "call me back ASAP' each time. They never did. I even went into the shop where I had to physically FIND the mower for them because they couldn't. (It was at the front of the shop with the finished mowers) Took it to Preston Mowers where a
