After my recent cataract surgery I cannot recommend Heidelberg Eye Clinic highly enough. At appointments and over the phone, staff were consistently efficient, friendly and helpful. Dr Narelle Spencer’s professional background and experience is impressive. From the beginning I trusted her skilfulness and expertise. As well I found her personable, warm, very approachable and a great communicator. The results of my surgery exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful for such a positive experience.
I recently had cataract surgery on my right eye and a sulcus lens inserted in my left eye. Dr Narelle Spencer was extremely professional, warm, and friendly, and highly skilled at what she does. I had a fantastic experience with no complications after the surgery, and my vision is now extremely good. Her entire team is equally professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Spencer.
