Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I have attended multiple appointments, and on every occasion I’ve had to wait well over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. If I book an appointment for 4:00 pm, I expect to be seen reasonably close to that time. In most other healthcare settings, such as my physiotherapist, appointments run on schedule and patients are seen at their booked time. Aka John. Over the last few months I have had cataract surgery on both eyes. This was performed by Narelle and I cannot thank her enough for the great job she did in restoring my long vision. The whole experience with her and her staff was first class
Recently had my cataracts removed by Dr. Spencer. Whole new world has opened up thanks to her successful work. Very friendly, took all the nerves away and can only say big thanks to her and staff at Manningham Private Hospital. 10/10🥰
