The cataract surgery performed by Dr Spencer has been a revelation. I hadn’t realised how much my vision had deteriorated until after the procedure. Now everything is bright and clear, and I no longer need glasses. It truly feels like a miracle of modern medicine.
I have just had my cataracts operated on and the results have been magnificent. Will still need glasses for reading but do not need them for driving. The staff are very pleasant and communicative and helpful, Dr Spencer has also controlled my Glaucoma. I would recommend her clinic to anyone and some of my family and friends are also patients of hers I have found out when talking about my experiences. They have also been appreciative of her talents.
I went to Dr Spencer for a second opinion and ended up going ahead with her for the operation. Dr Spencer is very professional and very thorough. After having gone to another ophthalmologist she was able to pick up the cause of my vision loss that was not picked up by the previous doctor. She was able to tailor the correct lenses for me that would not have occurred with previous doctor. The procedure was pain free and easy. Contacted this place to make an appointment to have a Pterygium removed on 8/9/25 and as per usual with most businesses these days! They are being let down by the first point of contact, "reception" and judging by the rude behaviour and attitude shown in my attempt to make an appointment, I certainly can't see things improving when this is a sign of things to come. I have been a patient of Dr Spencer's for a number of years now. Her professionalism and care are as good as I have experienced anywhere in my 67 years. The Rosanna clinic is absolutely a state of the art set up, almost like a one stop shop where a range of treatments are undertaken. I recently underwent cataract surgery and the outcome was brilliant, producing a far better outcome than I imagined.
