Extremely disappointing experience. There is a signage at reception “to expect a 1.5–2 hours time for appointments”. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, yet by 6:10 pm I still had not been seen. What was even more concerning was that by around 4:30 pm, the entire waiting room was still full of patients. This made it very clear that the clinic was significantly overbooked or running seriously behind schedule. Dr Narelle Spencer and her colleagues provided an excellent service. Options explained and the actual procedure for my cataracts was easy and painfree. I have the result both desired and predicted. I can recommend Dr Narelle and staff to all.
I have been attending Heidelberg eye clinic for years now and always find staff extremely friendly, efficient and always willing to help you. Dr Spencer always provides the best care when attending to her patients I have always found her super efficient and her knowledge is 2nd level .
