My experience (zero stars if possible)- called for estimate for carpet cleaning (I asked for complete house incl. living/family room / stairs), got quote on the high side. Accepted for his "20+ years in business"- claim.- When showing up, suddenly quote was raised by app. $50 because living/family room was larger than 12x12 feet (13X15 feet, what a huge room!) and he had to pre-treat (another surprise, wow!).
