My truck was there for a week and they had no rental vehicles to give me. I had to go and rent a vehicle. Then they couldn't access my extended warranty information so I had to pay out of pocket for the expenses. Definitely won't be back.
Heidebrecht Chevrolet did an really nice job with my oil change, tire rotation,.etc. I trust Heidebrecht Chevrolet with my 2021 Equinox. I always know my car is in good hands :) Thanks again Heidebrecht Chevrolet !!
By the service representative supposed to be oil change and 21 point inspection. No inspection report has been received, and I doubt that was ever done ( tire pressure was low in every 4 tires ). They replaced the battery and damaged the clips that keep the inside moldings in place and didn't replaced with the new clips. At this point I start having doubts about them changing my oil filter all the times when I have an oil change. Lindsay was great. Friendly, and got me out of there in record time.
Although it took multiple trips to the dealership,they finally got my Corvette fixed,free of charge. I want to thank them for there understanding in this matter.
