Tim Garity did a great job with communication. Took almost two weeks but being kept in the loop really helped pass the time.
Bodyshop repair Excellent service, solid work, clear communication. Very efficient. It is apparent that they take pride in their craft, and their work speaks for itself. 10/10 would work with them again
1st Issue: I got GMs OTA update in early May and it caused a check engine light. Vehicle service was scheduled for 5/28, based on dealers ability to provide loaner vehicle. On 6/4 I was quoted $289 to reset the ECM. Truck only has 25K miles and was now 2wks out of warranty. I had to demand the advisor contact GM and request special coverage for a problem they caused (Service Bulletin), or I would.
