I visit the HE>i store on Nimitz Highway every time I come to the island, and this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced there. The employee showed no interest in helping me or my family. He did not greet us when we entered the store — we had to speak first. Love, love, love this brand and so happy for a store in town! Such an important message to share with the world. It all started with humble north shore beginnings and has spread to everywhere. Though the store is small, they have a large selection of items from apparel and hats to journals, stickers, license plate frames, and more.
