They did a fine job with my 2025 taxes. No issues there. However, I started an LLC and 1099 work this year. I called to try to file quarterly taxes. We set up an appointment for this week at 11am. Don was almost an hour late and then tried to make it sound like it was my fault. Then, I tried to talk about mileage and more deductions and he said he would handle it and send it my way that day. Very disappointed. Lots of issues with communications and errors.
Very disappointed with Hegg. I called today for advice and was met with significant attitude by Angie. If you are looking for a kind and professional company, go elsewhere.
