Fantastic service from GUS & the team
The service I received from HEG was exceptional. My hot water heater died and they went above and beyond to source a suitable heat pump replacement all within 4 days. The insulation went without any problems very professional staff. I have purchased heat pumps, solar panels and batteries from HEG in the last 18 months and I highly recommend.
Home efficiency group have been great to deal with from quoting to confirming the order and installation of our top-up insulation. They were prompt and efficient in all facets of our purchase. Great price and really nice installers Tyler and Fisher did their job really well. Nothing was too hard for them. Thanks.
HEG were very thorough and quick to quote, inform and install my solar rooftop system. They added extras in like a hot water timer and heat pump service, saving energy in the long term. The price was super competitive and the service outstanding.
We have used HEG on 2 properties now - solar and heat pump for one, and solar/heat pump/battery for the more recent. The products they promote have all been reliable, with the only major issue being the back-up on the new Sungrow battery install failing the first time we had a blackout (we have been assured this is fixed, however until we have another blackout??).
