In the beginning they were efficient and timely the job quality was first rate and we are super happy with the result. However after striking an issue with the wifi connection to the wall unit they became M.I.A. Promising a resolution but with no delivery. We had to contact and deal with the company that provided the monitor unit. Using their instructions and recommendations to attempt to resolve the issue. Very neat installation and the guys installing took the time to run through the system and answer all questions before leaving. Left very neat and tidy taking all their rubbish.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with HEG. I initially requested and agreed to a quote for a basic switchboard upgrade from Ben, which was completed and invoiced at around $1,175. Months later, I received a second invoice for nearly double the original amount, without any formal quote of additional charges. Despite specifically asking Ben to email me a quote multiple times over the phone and being promised this would be done, no quote was ever provided.
