It's not often that you have a childhood memory of a TV repair service. I remember our old RCA Admiral TV. We probably had it a year or two longer than we should have and so by the time Dark Shadows began in the summer of 1966 it's reliability was questionable. I remember the night "old faithful" went dark. It was horrible.
