I love Hefner Road. This is the only place I would take my beloved dog! They love her as much as I do. I am confident and comfortable every time I’m there. Would recommend to ANYONE!
My pets, as well as my daughters pets all go to HRAH. We absolutely love them. They are so kind, know who we are when we come in, and sweet to our animals. They love on them and make them feel comfortable. I appreciate them very much!
I’ve been bringing my dog Carter here since we first moved to Oklahoma, & now my newest addition Kimbella is a patient here as well! Kimbella’s case was very complex and sad - I rescued her thinking she was just malnourished. Upon examination, Dr. Terrel immediately knew something more was wrong with her. Dr. Terrel ran some additional tests and we agreed to put her on fluids for 24 hours to at least get rid of the dehydration and allow us to come up with a game plan to get her an ultrasound and blood transfusion. The vet is one of the most unfriendly, unhelpful "professionals" I've ever come across. She just let a dog that her kennel injured walk out untreated so she didn't have to admit responsibility. Their bottom line clearly comes as a far higher priority than the welfare of the animals they "care for."
Enjoyed my experience there. Dr. Cooper and his team were friendly and took care of my puppy. Very affordable, definitely recommend.
