The have the best quality chemicals for our pool! & GREAT prices!
The installed our pool liner 2 years ago and now it is peeling up and leaking. The pool has been leaking consistently for weeks and instead of identifying the issue, they come by unannounced and fill up the pool multiple times a week. They said they will charge us per hour to “patch it” when it should be under warranty. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone here. Prompt Service. HP showed great flexibility by assisting us with a repair while they were moving offices. We appreciated the customer service at their office and thoroughness on the repair. I highly recommend them.
Great, locally owned company. They delivered and installed our Leisure pool. We go there for our chemicals and the free water testing. Great group of guys, Brad, Mike and Rob will get you taken care of.
Carter and all the people that work at Hefner pools are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust any other pool company.
