Our hot water heater stopped working and we called Hefner Plumbing, as they were referred to us by the previous owners of our house. Within hours Dallas called and arrived minutes later. He was very honest and knowledgeable and explained in detail all of our options. He was not pushy at all. We opted to have our hot water heater replaced and not repaired. I live in an area that has extreme iron in the water. My system had broken down and all my sinks, showers, and toilets were turning dark orange. Dallas and Anthony from Hefner Plumbing came out. They replaced my water softner, iron tank, and hot water heater. They did a fantastic job! The water is perfect. No more orange color, no odor, and no bad taste. Just clean water! Dallas and Anthony were efficient, answered all our questions, and cleaned up before they left. They were super! I would highly recommend Hefner Plumbing.
