Hefner Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty helping me replace my water heater. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The technician, Dallas, who installed it was outstanding. He communicated clearly, explained everything in detail, and worked efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. We had an issue with sewer smell inside the house that I spent weeks trying to solve. I thought calling a plumber would cost a fortune. I finally gave up and called Hefner plumbing. Dallas came to my house and within 15 minutes identified the problem and was able to come up with a fix. He was able to get the plumbing fixed and have our kitchen back in working order at a very reasonable price. Great work, great people! Highly recommend!
