If you like your food salty, this is your place. Entrée was halibut, very salty and did not taste fresh. Had glass of Pinot and it was warm. Very good ambiance, great views of the lake but the food was disappointing.

Ahhh....yeah.... Oh my...they have the best salmon pasta ever! Get it with a couple of Bahamaritas and you will be set for the night (be sure to bring a designated driver!). Call ahead to see if they are having live music, and you can sit outside and have a cigar and a few drinks while you're waiting for a table.
An evening out We go to bahama breeze about once a month, the location is wonderful, you can overlook the lake. Even though the food is a little pricey it is well worth the money, they have some very original dishes and a very delicious spinach dip. It's a great place to go for a couple for an evening out. Parking seems to be an issue when they are very crowded, staff is very friendly and helpful. PROS: Location CONS: parking at certain times
why did it close? Ate there Friday and love this restaurant. Didn't care for the spinach dip though. Love their talapia and key lime pie. Went by this evening and the door was barricade with a sign that it is closed permanently.
RecommendedMonths ago I had scheduled a wedding rehearsal dinner at another venue. Four hours before the event (which happened to be on New Years Day) the other venue called and cancelled. My son contacted Hefner Grill to see if they could accommodate a party of 36-40 last minute on a holiday. The manager, Andrew, made sure there was staff and food available to accommodate our party.
