Had to look for someone to help me I'm in the sales field myself, and I know how important immediate response and customer service is. It is cruicial to the making of the sale, and the last time I went into Hefner's I actually had to hunt down a salesperson to help me. They do have a nice selection of items, and nice name brands, in a huge, clean store with lots of parking. Easy to find, you can't miss it in Poplar Bluff.
Delivery a plus Hefners will deliver their stock pretty much anywhere around. Their prices are reasonable, and they do carry a huge stock of different items. The sales staff is friendly and smiling, but their television commercials can get a little irritating after you see them a couple of times each. Very easy to find, and a huge parking lot.
fridge I havent bought here yet..but like the concept of it..the idea of a warehouse furniture store appeals to me. the location is convienen t as well.but i think they could have a better found website.
