I have dealt with Jim at Heffers Agency for about 20 years and, honestly, I don’t think you will find a better insurance agency in NEPA. I have purchased both car and homeowners insurance through them (just finishing another homeowners policy today which prompted this review). Jim is extremely professional and very responsive. Very great people always make sure they call you back and find you the best insurance rates I’ve never had any issues with them they are very sweet and considerate I would recommend any of my family to them I’ve been with them for year’s and I will continue to give them by business at there agency
I have been receiving late fees & not even realizing why my bill was different all the time, or that my due dates CHANGED because Marylou Heffers insisted it was always the same date, rather than tell me my billing cycle is 30 days, so if a month has more or less than 30 days, my date changes the following month. I CONSTANTLY ASKED ABOUT THIS & THIS WOMAN EITHER HAS BEEN PUTTING ON AN ACT OR IS IN NO MENTAL CONDITION FOR HANDLING PEOPLE'S CAR INSURANCE!!!
