Great experience from start to finish. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and it turned out perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process simple. The quality of the ring is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have been in there numerous times. I have a couple $1,000 watches from there. It just seems like the young girl has an attitude. Had my mother's wedding band resized and fixed up their. Upon further inspection wasn't really happy with the job and it wasn't cheap. The band is not 10 mm all the way around now different on the bottom end I didn't bother taking it back. My family has been going to Heffernan’s Jewellery for decades, and even though I moved an hour away, I still make the drive, that’s how good they are. It’s a three-generation, family-run business and you can really feel that when you walk in. The customer service is amazing! They treat every customer and every piece with the same care and attention.
