I have been in there numerous times. I have a couple $1,000 watches from there. It just seems like the young girl has an attitude. Had my mother's wedding band resized and fixed up their. Upon further inspection wasn't really happy with the job and it wasn't cheap. The band is not 10 mm all the way around now different on the bottom end I didn't bother taking it back.
