Great service. Well informed. Very helpful in shop to work out best wood box for our house right down to installation and service support with warranty claim and getting the most from our heating. Thoroughly recommend.
It looked like a great place to shop for heating options, but my experience was disappointing. I called before visiting, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, the door was open and the sign indicated the store was still open, yet there was no staff on the shop floor. I even called out “Hello!” several times, but no one responded.
