We just had three of their units installed. Absolutely great workmanship, excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this organization. Dean was excellent in handling all of our needs and the owner Dan came out personally to the property to inspect everything. Very much appreciated!
Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Found Heffernan on the web, when I called they picked up on first ring. Jeff said he was driving and would call me back in 5 minutes. His tech then called and made arrangements to come see us within the hour. Diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and did a tune up of the whole system as part of the system and we had heat two hours later. Very professional and grateful for the help on a day we were reaching lows in the -30s.
