I have never met such an ignorant woman in my life. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy. She is very unprofessional, is extremely inconsiderate of others time and I had the absolute worst experience with her.

Have been going to Dr Heffernan for a few years. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough.Also, I had allergies and was told I needed shots by an allergist. Then I went to an ENT who said I needed shots or drops. Neither of them said there were pills. She told me about allergy pills and it has changed my life. My nose doesn’t drip constantly and I haven’t had a sinus infection since I started the pills two years ago. I was getting sinus infections all the time prior to taking the allergy pills.

Dr. Heffernan is by far the best doctor that I have ever had. She takes time to go over all of your health needs. Well worth your office wait!!

I have recommended Dr. Heffernan to numerous family and friends. I have been seeing Dr. Heffernan for over 20 years and she is a Excellent doctor in my book. She talks to you and listens to your concerns. She is the best doctor that I have ever had.

I called on a Wed. @ 4:30 pm to make an appointment as a new patient, left a message with my name, phone # & why I was calling. I got a return call & message the next morning, from a different number, so I called the number that had left the message; it was answered by a very abrupt woman who took offense at my questions re: when phone messages would be returned, & she stated, "We don't want you anyway because you are complaining," and then hung up on me !! So much for trying to be a patient !!
