Dina and her husband are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have beautiful jewelry in stock. I had them fix a few things of mine.
Dina and Joe are creative and highly professional. Among the many pieces I have purchased, is the redesigning of earrings with small diamonds to a beautiful necklace using those diamonds. Dina also redesigned my late mother's diamond ring. She updated it while keeping the basic setting. I wear it every day now. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry wants/needs.
My three sons all had engagement rings for their brides to be created by Hefez in Sharon, MA. Joe and Dina are an incredible asset to our community. They really care about those they serve and go above and beyond to meet needs. If you have a jewelry project or question, go see them. They are the best!!
I had an heirloom ring from my grandmother. I wanted to use one of the diamonds as a necklace for my daughters 40th birthday. She is named for this grandmother. It came out beautifully but left a stone missing in the ring. Dina worked with me to replace the diamond with another stone so I could enjoy wearing the ring. The personal touch, the caring and quality work is joyous. Thank you as always!
I have had two pieces of jewelry repaired and they did a meticulous job. I was provided a cost estimate both times - and in one of the cases, the final bill was significantly less (they found a more efficient method to execute the repair). I have purchased 2 sterling silver necklaces which I love and wear often. I appreciate that the owners allow for browsing the beautiful selection without pressure to buy.
