I had my initial consultation in December 2024, for a crown lengthening procedure which lasted about 4 .5 minutes. I was told there would be follow-up coordination with my prosthodontist. When I called in January 2025, I was informed that Dr. Heering still needed to discuss the case with my prosthodontist before proceeding and that I would be contacted once Dr. Heering returned from vacation on January 28th! Dr. Heering is a kind and competent periodontist who listens to what you have to say. The nurse/staff are great too.
