I like coming here because usually, the quality of the work outweighs the insane waiting period to get services done. But today I've had enough. After waiting 15 minutes, one woman finally came out to do services, keep in mind 2 other women were in front of me. I see three other women from the back walk around, and not one stepped up to help the completely full room of people waiting to get their threading done. I have done head oil massage across multiple parlors in Bay area and know a good, mediocre and bad massage when I see one. This place left me pretty bummed as it was more of a 10 min "oil scrubbing" with absolutely no technique involved, which I could have done myself at home, much more to my liking and with much less oil making it easier to wash afterwards. This is my regular go-to place. The service here is excellent. I usually get my waxing and eyebrows done. The prices are very reasonable as well. The people who work here are very warm and accommodating.
