What sparked my interest was their company has a commercial that airs on television. They seem legit by indicating they will buy any home in any condition but in actually they have an area that they don't buy houses. I feel that's their right but false advertising and discriminating in a certain area is not right. They give you false hope because they already have the address that was submitted on their website.
