This was my fourth time seeing Jeni, and every visit has been exceptional. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. Prior to coming into Heeling Sole I was dealing with a lot of pain and soreness associated with jiu jitsu and my job. After finishing my first session I was not only pain free but I had also re-gained all of the range of motion back to my arms, shoulders and legs! I was actually able to compete in a tournament the next day feeling 100 %. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s definitely worth it!
Can't beat the deep tissue massage you'd get in an Ashiatsu session! Yep, I am the owner, but I'm also a client! When Heeling Sole had the employee Sasquatch team between 2012-2021, this bosslady tried my best to get 1 massage every other week, and I rotated through the entire massage therapy staff to make sure the therapists are using the best techniques and practices to give you (and me!) the best massage in San Antonio.
