I was very satisfied with your services today .but the phlebotomist was horrible she couldn’t get my blood and was just moving the needle in my arm so I asked her to please remove the needle from my arm ,I said I’ll go somewhere else and have my blood work done she said do that .That’s not how to handle Seniors so I’m really considering Oak Street.because I never have problems with staff at Jen Care.
