so rude, I had a couple of questions, and they hung up on me
Called on phone for a friend and they said they would call back and they didn’t call or respond back with our info
I just called literally right now and was not expecting the rudeness. Firstly, this firm took very long to answer the phone call. When the person did answer the phone call he did not properly introduce himself. I then asked if their law firm works with tenant rights and cases that where a contract has been breached. This person responds in a very rude manner, “Nooooo we are not taking any eviction cases right now”, I respond, “I’m not evicted”. And boom he hangs up on me.
