Zero stars, actually. They gave us a fence proposal in August, to which we agreed. Work was to begin around November 1. Nothing. They wouldn’t return emails or voicemails. When we did catch them, it was always “two more weeks”. This went on for months until April (7 months after the proposal), when they flat out said they just couldn’t get to us. We had already taken down our existing fence in preparation. Now we have to rush to get some sort of fence installed because we have none. 😡
