Very disappointing experience.
It doesn't matter if you have an appointment. You are put last if you leave the dealership. Stay there and wait so they can actually work on your car.
Really disappointed did an appointment for Monday At 4pm got there 15 minutes before only to be told they had no appointments register on there system even though I had a text Confirmation from Hendrick Chevrolet so the solution they gave me was to leave it over night so they can take care of it first thing in the morning sure thing next day came and nothing I had to give them a couple call though out the day so they can put a little bit of effort on finishing my vehicle before the end of my day really bad experience
I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado that I bought an extended warranty. Truck has 63,000 mi and the transmission stopped working abruptly. Took it to them because of the warranty and they tell me that they are not going to fix it under the warranty. A transmission should not break at 63,000 miles. The only reason you buy an extended warranty is if the air conditioner, engine or the transmission breaks. Why sell an extended warranty if you're not going to honor it? To me this is fraud.
