Bought my 24' Colorado ZR2 up in Sacramento back in March of 2025, but since I live in Clovis I chose Hedricks as my main service department, and man am I impressed. I've literally never had a better experience. Luis was so nice and kept me informed and called me with all good news when my car was ready and I had to leave a review because I've never been so happy with a shop before. I'm sure like most adults I absolutely dread when my car has to go into the shop but they made everything easy for me and I got my car back days sooner than I expected it. THIS REVIEW is for the SERVICE CENTER ONLY. Too much to write. If possible just ask and ill answer asap. Hard to find a good mechanic shop and this is not it. If a Chevy dealership can't figure out how to work on a Chevy, that says a lot. Too many details and pictures to provide. I just don't have the energy but still I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. There are a few reputable shops w better mechanics and service in town such as Norgards, Clovis Auto, etc. -even Pep Boys is a step up (not a joke). To be fair, t... read more
Excellent customer service. I have worked with Julian on servicing two of my cars. He keeps me well informed of updates, provides honest recommendations with the customer in mind. Staff is very polite too including Vincent who drives us back to grab items from our car in service.
