The work was ok, although it would have been nice if they had cleaned up after themselves, there was concrete waste all over the place. I don't appreciate him putting a lien on my property only a few days after he finished the job. I literally went straight to the computer and made an online payment to they guy, and before the check can come in the mail (within five days) he puts a lien on my property. UNREAL.
