If I could rate Hedlund Builders a zero, I would do that. I have know Brian for over 30 years. He build a house for us 25 plus years ago, did a remodel 17 years ago then last year we asked him to help us with a remodel. We HAD nothing but respect for Brian. However he is now completely complacent, doesn't care the cost, in fact tells his subs to specifically not give an estimate so he can mark up the prices even more. If his complete lack of respect for your dollar was not bad enough... he tries to shift any accountability o... read more
