We had a very positive experience building through Hedley Homes, great communication with progress updates throughout the build. The onsite manager was always professional and willing to provide information and assistance with all our queries. They built a good quality home!
No one answers the phone
In a trivia game the question came up "What's something you did and really regret?" My wife immediately answered "Build a house with Hedley!" We laughed and I remembered the heartaches from 2018/9 on Bellamy Dr Tolga. After settlement the list of >50 defects (many poor paint/finishings) was signed and agreed to be fixed within 30 days. It took over 6 months! We had to keep hassling to get stuff fixed! Multiple walls filled and repainted, tiling grout repairs, bleached patio tiles which needed replacing and the whole kitchen ... read more
