We bought a new house from Hedley. (Ray Mills). Found out years later the roof wasn't constructed to the Council approved plans. Builder just blames engineer and won't fix. All the downlight wires were joined with connecters and tape in the ceiling space. I was dumbfounded. It's a high fire risk, so we had my electrician re-connect them. Council has no records of the sewer installation because "The plumber must have forgot to give it to council" was the response from the Plumbing Dept when it was asked for.
