Dr Ken is very kind and gentle. He Did a very comprehensive exam with lots of tests and photos taken to inform me of current and potential issues if left untreated. He wasn’t rushed or rough which I appreciate since I’m not good with medical procedures. The staff were very friendly and offered help and comfort when I wasn’t feeling well after my appointment. Went in to get a tooth checked out, said that there was nothing wrong with my wisdom tooth but didn’t even consult me about pulling it out I had work to go back to over the weekend. He’s just after the money poor service
Charge 10000 for a bungled Root Canal. Which I was ok with, until they wouldn't release my dental records. This left me in pain for weeks as I battled to get them released. The dentist who fixed it was unimpressed.
Had issues with the treatment in less than a month. Charged a ridiculous amount for such a short procedure. Dentist was not focusing throughout. It was the only place in town that had availability on the day... now I know why.
