I paid nearly $200 for a curly haircut and wasn’t happy with the back. Lila (the stylist) told me to come back for a complimentary clean-up if I still didn’t like it. When I called to book, reception said they had another stylist who could fix it, and I confirmed it was fine since this was a free service. When I arrived, that stylist said she wasn’t comfortable cutting my hair. Reception then told me I’d have to pay half price, only realizing after I pushed back that they’d booked it wrong.
