The service was slow and disorganized. We weren't offered drinks aside from water until the end of the meal. The food was overcooked, dry or mushy depending on what dish you had. Also the dishes were under seasoned. The server offered lackluster suggestions for wine. For a wine bistro you would think that they would educate themselves on wine and food pairings.
