One of the worst property management companies that I have ever tried to work with. Owner discriminates against non white tenants, and implies that they are "too poor" to rent his properties. At the same time he will say he is desperate because everyone is leaving his rentals. He also was extremely rude to me because I am a woman. If you are looking for a place in the Urbana area go somewhere else.
