The big guy behind the counter and the guy in the Gun Shop. Have a very bad attitude.
The only bad thing I can say is the service is sometimes slow, but...... We've been doing business with them for sixty years. My grandfather bold equipment from the owner's grandfather. Tony is extremely fair, honest and he will make everything right. Always. He stands behind their work and all of his prices are very fair. Tony is a great guy and I will always continue to do business with them because of him.
I was just in this place nobody has said anything to me and I was ready to buy a commerical mower....drove a hour to get here and this is the way I was treated....never in life will I be back...
When a customer is treated like my parents have been treated the last two times, they will not be back. I thought the customer is always right. You should label equipment correctly, be able to keep up with correct phone numbers, and apologize when you're in the wrong. Best business practices.
