Pros: Modern. Great location. Secure. Managers are easy to deal with and respond fairly quickly. Cons: Very, very noisy especially if you're on a road facing unit. You get used to the traffic noise, but the sound insulation is poor so noise from other units travel everywhere . A lot of sporadic banging noises.
