Company's worthless, last year made an appointment in March. They called in July. Made another appointment this year the first week in March, still have not heard back from them. WORTHLESS
Dont bother making an appointment, they will never call you.
We love these folks, they're very hard working , honest and dedicated to their customers, my belt on my toro broke and they came and picked up my mower and I also had some maintenance done and they had it back to me in no time, they even made a special trip the next day to bring a guard over & they done the leg work to see if it was covered under warranty ( they're busy , he didn't have to take the time to save me 80.00, but he did) this was 100% customer service like it used to be back in the day!
