Unfortunately Hedge Landscape did not work out for us. I had contracted their services in August for the upcoming winter season for snow removal and they never showed up during the snow fall we received just before Christmas this year. Do Not ***************** for snow removal. I woke up to find a massive amount of snow from our street plowed directly into my driveway and in front of my mailbox blocking me in. I tried to use my snow blower to remove the massive pile shoved into my driveway but the amount was too deep and too wide and BROKE my snow blower. This company does not honor its warranty. After numerous written communications from the company stating plants would be replaced and numerous delays in doing the replacements, we finally received a list of plants that were being replaced and a date for replacement was set. Then the owner emailed saying they were not going to honor the warranty. After two years of promising to honor the warranty, nothing is going to be done. Hedge Landscape honored our warranty. The client was requesting we replace a number of perennials not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the dead plants were a result of neglect by the property owner. We attempted a resolution by covering the cost of the labor at no charge, but the client did not accept.
