My initial contact was positive and I got on their schedule to repair several areas on my gutters where they meet in corners and leaking when it rained. The crew they sent out were a bunch of super friendly young adult men. They were in and out very quickly - two of them even offered to remove a string of Christmas lights for me that were left behind by someone I had hired previously. Updated: all repairs have failed. Twice.
