If i could give a a minus or zero stars i would. If you need mental health help DO NOT go here, get referred elsewhere. This place is not fit for purpose, it is inhumane, degrading, it is literally a holding cage until you leave. It wouldn't surprise me or others i'm sure if this facility appeared on an 'undercover' panorama type tv programme. This place is a disgrace but then as is the Maelor & BCUHB tbh. I spent 4 months (October-Feb 25) in the Clywedog Ward. Every single member of staff, both clinical and "support" were professional, supportive, caring, friendly and empathetic above and beyond that which anyone could expect. Quite simply I owe them my life, how do you say Thank You for all of the foregoing I do not know......but Thank You is all I have, and it is truly heartfelt

Was kept In holding cell all night and released next morning. Money missing out my purse and a bottle of perfume. I was told I can go home even though I had a 12 inch knife under my pillow!! Didn't care less felt so let down.
