Update: Tom got ahold of me and there seems to be an issue with my email, not him and made the situation right. The maps arrived fairly quick and were accurate, but...damaged. I realize this was an issue with USPS folding them or whatever happened in transport, but the shipping envelope allowed that, there was no sticker for "do not fold" and the maps will not lay flat and have damage all over them. For $57 for 4 small (11x17) maps on very thin paper, that's disappointing. I sent them an email 4 days ago and no reply. At lea... read more
