I had business cards printed. I gave them the example with correct spelling. They misspelled a word on the card. They did give me a proof to review but I did not do a detailed review of every single word. When I went back to see if they could help me out with new cards they implied that poor workmanship on their part is not their responsibility and it was up to me to check their work. Very disappointed and unprofessional in my estimation.
