Driving through Ft. Smith to take my son to college, his truck broke down on the interstate. Being 7 hours from home and 7 hours to my son’s school, we knew no one who could recommend a good mechanic. The roadside assistance tow truck driver recommended Hector’s. The most amazing shop in Fort Smith. Cheap professional towing great and honest service. I for really upset when I found out how much other shops wanted for just the labor. Vector is very nice and even made the call to get The parts cheaper then anywhere else. Awesome fast service.
Nothing was done professionally. Car still has not been repaired. 2 days do far. And now hector is not answering the phone.
