My bad review isn’t for Dr. Hector, he was very nice and helpful but it is for your staff. Ms. Stewart, while she comes off as friendly, unfortunately is completely incompetent. I originally called Nov 17 and was excited your office was able to see me right away for an emergency visit. Dr. Hector was not able to fix my issue that day and as I waited at the front desk to schedule my next appointment I was told by Ms. Stewart that she would call me instead with my new appointment date. I met with Dr. Hector not knowing what to expect just because my experience with dentist have been horrible in the past. But I have to say he was phenomenal he listened to everything I had to say and treated me properly. I had to have 2 extractions and I must say he made it as painless as possible and was VERY compassionate. I plan on returning for ALL future dental work. Also I must add that ALL OF HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING. 👍👍👍
Worst pediatric dental experience ever! I brought my 2 year old in for his first dental visit. He repeatedly told my son that he was "so emotional," my response was "He's 2 years old!" "Oh, mommy is taking up for you," he says. As an "experienced dentist" he should have had a far better response for seeing a 2 year old at his very first visit to the dentist.
