Tienen un problema de no contestar el teléfono. Hay veces que uno no puede ir presencial a la oficina y desea comunicarse por teléfono, pero nunca contestan.

They don't answer the phone at all, change appointment dates as they see fit without contacting you and confirm the appointment change on the date of your original appointment and they don't even mention if they change the hour or not if I could give zero starts I would.
