I’ve read a lot of negative reviews but I had to have my own personal experience. He is a great doctor. He knows what he’s talking about And he listens. I’ve been too many doctors all over including Albany Doctor Rodriguez is a great doctor. I had a very bad vertigo episode. He helped me through it. Kind, compassionate and caring! 👌🏼👍🏼
My husband saw Dr Rodrigues for c/o ear popping. Long story short, he said he would perform a myringotomy ( without tube placement). The Dr never discussed any possible side effects and just said that he would experience “immediate” relief from the popping. The myringotomy did not work and all he said to my husband was that maybe he should see a neurologist and walked out of the room without even a glance back The next day my husband started having tinnitus, which he never had before at all!
I booked an appointment with him in 2024 to talk to him regarding a bump I felt on my neck. He dismissed the lump and made me to believe it was weird bone growth and TMJ ( he referenced a scan from a few years prior). He also made a "joke" that I was doctor shopping!!! I felt like a burden to be in his office and felt like like I wasnt being heard. Fast forward to present day, I am 1 month post op of having a 3.5 cm parotid tumor removed from the same area I went to Dr. Rodriquez for!! Remember to advocate for youself!!
Dr. Rodriguez is an absolutely phenomenal surgeon! After struggling for two years with a recurring peritonsillar abscess and multiple discouraging, confusing, and incompetent ENTs, my experience with Dr. Rodriguez was a complete 180, he helped me to feel confident, uplifted, and at ease going into the tonsillectomy. Would leave 0 stars if I could. When I first entered his office, his medical assistant looked at my chart and confirmed my allergy to a specific medication. When Dr Rodriguez entered and heard what my aliment was, he said he'd do a scope and quickly sprayed a medication in each of my nostrils. I asked him what he just sprayed ** and he said the name of the medication that is noted in my chart as an allergy ** He didn't take a SECOND to look at my chart before he sprayed the very thing I'm allergic to directly into my nose/th... read more
