If zero was an option, he'd get it. I was a Medicaid patient as a kid and I've used military doctors as an adult, which have always been lacking in quality, but they were outstanding compared to the visit I had here. This doctor was condescending, didn't spend more than two minutes with me, and provided notes in my chart of things we did not discuss.
